Launched in 2022, Moonlight is a contemporary Japanese hibachi grill and wine bar from the team behind Gold Coast institution Light Years.

Weekdays were engaged at inception and managed the brand and fit out design end to end. We drew inspiration from traditional Japanese dining and architecture to develop a moody, monochromatic and intimate brand and space utilising texture and contrast throughout both the brand visuals and interiors.
