NOLA
NOLA is a joint initiative by Cross Yarra Partnership Design & Construction Joint Venture and Rail Projects Victoria aimed at supporting local businesses during construction of the Metro Tunnel Project. With it’s lo-fi, old-school vibe, NOLA is a hidden gem in the north of the city, a place to explore and discover unique cafes, restaurants and shops.
Weekdays collaborated with the Metro Tunnel Creative Program to deliver a series of bespoke mural artworks throughout the NOLA precinct as well as the State Library, intended to make the area feel like its own little world that you have to enter and exit, with the construction being completely secondary as you pass through this visual portal.
